As summer tiptoes into full bloom, the key to a vibrant burst of flavor in this vinaigrette is fresh herbs.
You’ll want to make this taste bud tantalizing vinaigrette all year ‘round if you have access to fresh herbs.
Now fresh herbs are key, but no vinaigrette is complete without a good dose of acidity.
And it’s here that my favorite citrus fruit – lemon – plays a crucial role.
