This simple, quick dish packs in a lot of flavor with white wine, olive oil, and that oh so tasty, humble star of the garden, garlic.
Served with a beautiful pitcher of Sangria our Shrimp al Ajillo and Sangria virtual cooking class is the perfect get together any time of the day.
Oh, and don’t forget a loaf of crusty bread to sop up all the garlicky goodness of the sauce.
Ingredient kits are delivered direct to your doorstep for our Shrimp al Ajillo and Sangria virtual cooking class.
Our ingredient kit includes garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon, dried parsley, lime, orange and brown sugar.
Participant sourced ingredients: shrimp, olive oil, kosher salt, white wine, red wine, brandy, and sparkling water or club soda. (Sadly, it’s illegal for us to ship alcohol.)

The Online Cooking Class Experience
Plan on an hour for this virtual cooking class from our first hello to your finished deliciousness!
We use Zoom to create the most interactive online cooking class experience possible. Participants can see and hear each other and the chef. Make those funny comments and ask all those questions; the more interaction the merrier. At conclusion of the cooking time we’ll take screenshots to send you along with the recipe. In addition to their talents in the kitchen, our chefs are tech savvy. Do you prefer to use your own platform for this experience? We can absolutely accommodate your preference. We are time-zone, time-of-day, and day-of-the-week friendly. Our chefs have taught virtual classes on all the continents of the world except Antarctica (but our fingers are crossed!).
