The Health of Your Workforce Begins with What They Eat

Research has proven that health begins with what you eat.

My mission as a chef is to equip workers with the skills and knowledge they need to answer well the most important question they ask every day, “What’s for dinner?”.

I empower people to be FEARLESS in the kitchen by teaching the basic cooking skills everyone needs to put a tasty delicious meal on the table, especially on a busy weeknight.

My cooking classes are fun and interactive. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and make comments. And they learn a ton.

Class content is focused on four key areas:

  1. Cooking skills
  2. Health benefits of cooking fresh food at home
  3. Money-saving benefits of eating a home-cooked meal
  4. Importance of spending time at the table to build strong relationships

When her girls were in college she sold her house, put everything in storage, and enrolled in culinary school.
