Ingredient kits are delivered direct to your doorstep for this virtual cooking class.
Our ingredient kit includes quinoa, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic and the following fresh vegetables and fruits: grape tomatoes, green onions, mini bell peppers, and lemon.
Ingredients your participants need to source: choice of protein, olive oil, and kosher salt.

The Online Cooking Class Experience
From the first diced tomato to the final plating, this virtual cooking class runs about 1.5 hours.
We use Zoom to create the most interactive online cooking class experience possible. Participants can see and hear each other and the chef. Make those funny comments and ask all those questions; the more interaction the merrier.
At conclusion of the cooking time we’ll take screenshots to send you along with the recipe.
In addition to their talents in the kitchen, our chefs are tech savvy. Do you prefer to use your own platform for this experience? We can absolutely accommodate your preference.
We are time-zone, time-of-day, and day-of-the-week friendly. Our chefs have taught virtual classes on all the continents of the world except Antarctica (but our fingers are crossed!).
