Our ingredient kit includes grits, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried parsley, and the following fresh vegetables and fruits: onion, garlic, lemon, bell pepper.
Ingredients your participants need to source: shrimp, butter, cream, parmesan cheese, olive oil, and kosher salt.

The Online Cooking Class Experience
From the first swirl of olive oil in our pots to our delicious final plating, this virtual cooking class runs about 2 hours.
We use Zoom to create the most interactive online cooking class experience possible. Participants can see and hear each other and the chef. Make those funny comments and ask all those questions; the more interaction the merrier.
At conclusion of the cooking time we’ll take screenshots to send you along with the recipe.
In addition to their talents in the kitchen, our chefs are tech savvy. Do you prefer to use your own platform for this experience? We can absolutely accommodate your preference.
We are time-zone, time-of-day, and day-of-the-week friendly. Our chefs have taught virtual classes on all the continents of the world except Antarctica (but our fingers are crossed!).
