Entice your tastebuds with a turmeric egg salad! It’s everything that makes a traditional egg salad wonderful with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and red onion with a fun twist of turmeric, paprika, and cayenne. It’s not your grandmother’s egg salad, but we think she’d like it!


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon red onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • dash, cayenne
  • dash, onion powder
  • dash, kosher salt
  • 2 slices of toasted bread

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
