- 1 tablespoon red onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- dash, cayenne
- dash, onion powder
- dash, kosher salt
- 2 slices of toasted bread
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Voila!
