Icing
2 cups
powdered sugar
1/3 cup
butter, softened

3-oz package of cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons
fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon
heavy cream
1 teaspoon
vanilla
Garnish
fresh orange zest

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine together the dry ingredients for the cake and then give it a quick whisk.
Add the liquid ingredients.
Beat at low speed just until the ingredients are moistened.
Beat for two minutes at medium speed.
Pour into prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until done.
Cool completely.
Icing
Combine all of the frosting ingredients into a small bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Spread over cooled bars.
Garnish with fresh orange zest.
