  1. Brown the ground meat on medium-high heat until cooked through.
  2. Add Chef Sandra’s Tex Mex seasoning packet and cook an additional minute, allowing the spices time to heat and release their flavors.
  3. Stir in 1 tomato paste, and 1 cup of water.
  4. Simmer gently until the water has been absorbed.

Notes

Any protein can be used for your taco filling: steak, shrimp, fish, tofu, or tempeh. Season your protein before cooking it.
