Ingredients
For the Salad
- 4 medium grapefruit
- 2 medium avocados
- 2 medium limes
- Kosher salt
For the Garnish
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, lightly chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, lightly chopped
Instructions
- Section the membranes from each grapefruit.
- Pit each avocado. Slice into 4 or more slices and remove the skin. Drizzle the avocado slices with the juice of 1 lime to keep the avocado from browning.
- Arrange grapefruit and avocado slices onto a serving platter.
- Dust the slices with a pinch of kosher salt.
- Juice 1 lime over the top of the slices.
- Zest 1 lime over the top of the slices.
- Garnish with the fresh mint and cilantro.
