Grapefruit and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 4 medium grapefruit
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 2 medium limes
  • Kosher salt

For the Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, lightly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, lightly chopped

Instructions

  1. Section the membranes from each grapefruit.
  2. Pit each avocado. Slice into 4 or more slices and remove the skin. Drizzle the avocado slices with the juice of 1 lime to keep the avocado from browning.
  3. Arrange grapefruit and avocado slices onto a serving platter.
  4. Dust the slices with a pinch of kosher salt.
  5. Juice 1 lime over the top of the slices.
  6. Zest 1 lime over the top of the slices.
  7. Garnish with the fresh mint and cilantro.
