medium grapefruit

medium avocados
2
medium limes
Kosher salt
For the Garnish
1 tablespoon
fresh mint, lightly chopped
1 tablespoon
cilantro, lightly chopped

Instructions
Section the membranes from each grapefruit.
Pit each avocado. Slice into 4 or more slices and remove the skin. Drizzle the avocado slices with the juice of 1 lime to keep the avocado from browning.
Arrange grapefruit and avocado slices onto a serving platter.
Dust the slices with a pinch of kosher salt.
Juice 1 lime over the top of the slices.
Zest 1 lime over the top of the slices.
Garnish with the fresh mint and cilantro.
