Ingredients

For the Salad
4 medium grapefruit
2 medium avocados
2 medium limes
Kosher salt
For the Garnish
1 tablespoon fresh mint, lightly chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, lightly chopped
Instructions
Section the membranes from each grapefruit.
Pit each avocado. Slice into 4 or more slices and remove the skin. Drizzle the avocado slices with the juice of 1 lime to keep the avocado from browning.
Arrange grapefruit and avocado slices onto a serving platter.
