Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Combine goat cheese, Sherry, sage, and garlic in a small bowl.
Stir until combined.
Taste and season with kosher salt.
Arrange cleaned and stemmed mushrooms on a sheet tray.
Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of goat cheese into the center of each mushroom.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with the toasted breadcrumbs as a garnish and to provide a bit of a crunch to each bite.
