In this class you’ll learn and practice:

- How to use kosher salt to properly season your food and employ the right technique for a perfect season every time
- How to use a cast iron skillet to achieve the perfect pan-sear
- The formula for a great marinade using what you have on hand in your pantry
This is a highly interactive hands-on class (remember, your hands, your kitchen!). You'll be able to interact with the Chef just like you would in a live classroom setting.
