Pork tenderloin spiced with Chef Sandra's Jolly Juniper Berry handcrafted seasoning takes center stage in this beautiful and delicious dish.

While the tenderloin is roasting we'll make a creamy parmesan polenta with thyme and rosemary. Medallions of the finished tenderloin will lay atop the polenta and we'll finish the dish with a savory tomato and sweet pepper jam.

You'll need to purchase Chef Sandra's Jolly Juniper Berry handcrafted seasoning for this cooking experience. Or select our complete kit includes includes the seasoning and everything you need to make this dish except the pork tenderloin, butter, parmesan, cream, olive oil, and kosher salt.

One pork tenderloin will feed four people.
